Extremely important opening considerations

Cover Storage

Removing the cover carefully, not allowing the debris to fall into the pool is crucial. Storing the cover tightly wrapped is also important to preserve its integrity.

Assembling Equipment

Pump room assembly needs to be done with tephlon based lubrication and plumbers tape. We done want any leaks!

Water Quality

Depending on the water quality, the approach to chemical addition may vary. The incorporation of equipment may vary as well. This part takes a bit of know how!

Visitation Frequency

We like to allow 2-3 days between visits to allow for circulation, filtration, and disinfection. If you notice improvement ahead of time, communicate that with us and we can bump the visit up sooner!

When can I swim??

Our opening process generally takes 3-4 visits. From start to finish, depending on that water quality of course, swim time usually starts a week after the cover is removed.

Cost

The only factors that will increase the cost of an opening are:

Unopened for more than 1 year
Pool uncovered for the winter
we need to bring our filter in
