Pool Maintenance Considerations

Chemicals for maintenance can be provided by the client and left in the pool equipment area. We can provide them your request. If so, we only charge for the month's worth prior to the first visit. A service visit and an emergency visit are 2 different types of visits. An emergency visit would be one that requires response outside of your scheduled visitation day. You can either pay for the season upfront or you can pay month by month. If you elect to pay upfront the season will be discounted by 10%. Month to month payments happen before the first visit of each month.
Emergency Visitations

An emergency visit is a visit that is requested outside of your scheduled day. An emergency visit is usually repair based or water quality based. An emergency visit cannot be replaced with a normal service date if you either of these conditions present themselves. If a normal visit becomes an emergency visit- you will not be charged the $250 emergency scheduling rate. You will only be charged if 1) excess chemicals are needed or 2) for a repair made. All repairs are made only after a client gives written approval to do so whether via email or text. For normal emergency visits, we charge $250 prioritization fees. The reason for this is, in many instances this visit will do one of several things; cause another clients service visit to be rescheduled (in severe cases only), increase a service technicians daily visit list, disrupt the service regimen for that moment, etc. The only reason we charge for this service is because, we guarantee same day arrival!
