Every build relies on multiple subcontractors for excavation, licensed plumbing, electrical, gunite, decking, fencing, and more. Any builder claiming they "do it all" is quite frankly, pulling the wool over your eyes.

Here's the bigger issue: those subcontractors come at a cost and when routed through a pool builder, that cost is marked up. Pool prices are inflated to protect builder profit margins and ensure subcontractors are covered.
