No matter where I go, if there's a pool there, I'm calling Tony. From our first conversation, I knew I had the right guy for the job. He took the time to hear everything I was going through trying to get my pool open. He immediately was able to diagnose a few of the issues going on with the pool before ever even seeing it and was able to give me a few tips to get started before ever even showing up. Once he got here, and after taking a look at the water and the setup, he immediately developed a plan and put it into action. with each visit, I stayed with him the whole time and he explained every step he was taking, the logic behind the step and what the expected outcome would be. And he was spot on every time. He was also flexible with me and worked with my schedule to accomodate me. Every time he was out there he didn't mind me bugging him with tons of questions. He answered every one until I completely understood. By the time the pool was fully opened, I was comfortable and confident that I was able to manage the maintenance on my own but he still told me to not hesitate to hit him up if I had questions or was unsure about anything. It was such a great experience that I will recommend him EVERY time someone is in need. He was professional, punctual, friendly, easy to work with, and all around just a great person. Anthony from The Backyard Bosses turned my pool into what now looks like a pool at resort. My wife and I bought a home in January 2025 in Florida NY. Tough time of year to inspect a pool. We had another company remove the cover but the pool was not closed properly and after 16 days I called Anthony. I called on a Thursday and he came Sunday and came by 2x a day for the next 4 days to make sure the pool was perfect and it is. Throughout his visits he explained every step to me and showed me the best way to stay on top of the pool.
